Dr Fleur Cattrall is a Melbourne IVF fertility specialist with over twenty years working solely in fertility medicine. As the former Medical Director of Melbourne IVF and Virtus Health Victoria, she brings extensive executive leadership experience alongside her clinical expertise, having helped create more than 1,000 babies annually.
Training and Background
Dr Cattrall received her medical degree from the University of Melbourne and trained in obstetrics and gynaecology at Monash Medical Centre. She undertook three-year Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility training to obtain her CREI - the highest qualification in the field. She completed further training at Monash IVF, Melbourne IVF, and The Women's Hospital.
Areas of Expertise
Dr Cattrall holds clinical responsibility for the Melbourne IVF Pre-Implantation Diagnosis (embryo biopsy) program, helping patients who need screening of embryos for genetic diseases and chromosomal abnormalities.
