Dr Lauren Saunders is a consultant Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care to all her patients on their journey through fertility, pregnancy and beyond.
Training and Background
Dr Saunders graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2006. She completed her Obstetric and Gynaecology training at Mercy Hospital for Women and the Northern Hospital. Lauren undertook a 2-year Reproductive Medicine fellowship at the Royal Women's Hospital and has gained her Masters in Reproductive Medicine awarded with excellence.
Areas of Expertise
She is interested in all areas of fertility care including ovulation induction and IVF, general gynaecology and obstetrics. Lauren has a particular clinical interest in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), contraceptive advice, and fertility preservation.
