Professor Lincoln Brett is a highly experienced gynaecologist with particular interests in advanced endoscopic surgery and fertility. With over 30 years in the field, he is recognised as a leader in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery and reproductive medicine in Western Australia.

Professor Brett holds a dual academic and clinical role as Professor and Discipline Head of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle. He is a fertility specialist at Genea Hollywood Fertility (Hollywood Fertility Centre) in Perth, where he provides comprehensive infertility investigations and treatments.

He is known for his meticulous diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Professor Brett is committed to empowering patients with knowledge and fostering open communication to help them navigate the complexities of fertility treatment.

Training & Background

Professor Brett graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania in 1982. He also holds a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSc) and Bachelor of Science with Honours. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG).

He has dedicated his career to advancing gynaecological surgery techniques and fertility medicine, with a particular focus on minimally invasive surgical approaches that improve patient outcomes and recovery times.

Professor Brett operates at St John of God Subiaco and Hollywood Private Hospital, and maintains his academic leadership role at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle, where he contributes to training the next generation of obstetricians and gynaecologists.
