Dr Mahalakshmi Ragunath, affectionately known as Dr Maha, is a highly experienced Fertility Specialist with over 30 years of expertise in reproductive medicine. Training and Background

Dr Maha trained in the UK and obtained her specialist certification from the Royal College in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, along with special interest training in Subfertility, Assisted Conception, and Laparoscopic Surgery modules. Following her O&G training, she completed a postgraduate Master's degree in Reproduction and Foetal Development from Bristol University. She was conferred with a Fellowship from the Royal College (FRCOG) in 2010. Having moved to Perth in 2019, she has been granted the FRANZCOG and is on the Specialist Register.

Dr Maha worked as a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecology for 12 years in the UK and served as Medical Director of CARE Fertility Nottingham, one of the UK's largest private IVF clinics performing 1,300 cycles per year. She currently practices as a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine at Adora Fertility Perth and holds a consultant position at SJOG Midland Hospital.
