A/Prof Megan Di Quinzio is a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who has spent the past two decades guiding and assisting countless families achieve the wonderful blessing of new life. Calm, reassuring, and kind, she joined Melbourne IVF in June 2024 to expand her fertility practice at their Central Fertility Clinic in Collingwood.
Training and Background
Dr Di Quinzio obtained her Medical Doctorate from the University of Melbourne and attained her FRANZCOG specialist Fellowship in 2004. She has a postgraduate doctoral degree from the University of Melbourne researching preterm birth and has numerous publications in this area. She holds an appointment with the University of Melbourne in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Newborn Health.
Research Excellence
At the University of Melbourne, she researches biomarkers involved in premature labour and miscarriage. She has appointments at the Mercy Hospital for Women and the Royal Women's Hospital (Pregnancy Research Centre), combining clinical practice with cutting-edge research.
