Dr Monique Atkinson

Sydney CREI Fertility Specialist & Medical Director

Dr Monique Atkinson is a Sydney-based Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist. She is a Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (CREI) subspecialist, one of fewer than 80 Doctors Australia-wide who have attained this most recognized qualification for Fertility Specialists. She serves as CREI Medical Director for Genea Bella Vista.

Training and Background

Dr Atkinson holds a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney. While completing her undergraduate degrees, she worked as a scientist in the laboratory at Westmead Fertility Center and was selected into the Talented Student Program for basic science research in the reproductive field. She was awarded Intern of the Year during her junior doctor training.
