Dr Sameer Jatkar is a highly accomplished fertility specialist and Clinical Director at Newlife IVF. He co-founded Newlife IVF in 2019 with five other leading fertility specialists to offer women and couples a personalised, caring, and supportive fertility experience at an affordable price.
Exceptional Academic Training
Dr Jatkar undertook his medical training at The University of Melbourne, graduating with the Sir Alfred Edward Rowden White Prize in Clinical Obstetrics and the Fulton Scholarship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. After completing his internship and residency at St Vincent's Hospital, he undertook specialty training at the Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg and a subspecialty fellowship at Monash Health in Clayton.
His postgraduate qualifications are exceptional, including Masters degrees in Science (University of London), Public Health (Harvard University), Reproductive Medicine and Clinical Embryology. He was awarded the Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) – the highest qualification in Australia in the subspecialty of reproductive medicine.
