Dr Scott Pearce - Clinical Director and Advanced Surgical Specialist
Dr Scott Pearce is an Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and Fertility Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience caring for fertility patients. As Clinical Director for Create Fertility, Director of Monash Endosurgery, and Fertility Specialist at Melbourne IVF, he brings exceptional expertise in both advanced laparoscopic surgery and IVF treatment.
Training and Background
Dr Pearce trained in obstetrics and gynaecology at Monash Medical Centre, obtaining his Fellowship in 2002. He then completed a two-year specialism in Advanced Laparoscopic and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery, becoming the inaugural Advanced Gynaecological Surgical Fellow at Monash Medical Centre in 2001-2002. He undertook fertility and IVF training at the Royal Women's Hospital Melbourne and Melbourne IVF.
Awards and Recognition
Dr Pearce won the AGES travelling fellowship award in 2003 to further his laparoscopic surgical training in Berlin, Germany and Caen, France. He is an accredited AGES trainer for advanced laparoscopic surgery and has published medical research and co-authored a chapter in a hysteroscopic surgery textbook.

As Clinical Director of Create Fertility and a Senior Advanced Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic Surgeon at Monash Health, Dr Pearce leads fertility and surgical services while also training the next generation of gynaecological surgeons.
