Dr Shadi Khashaba is a fertility specialist and gynaecologist consulting across IVFAustralia's Alexandria, Kogarah, Miranda, and Sydney CBD clinics. He holds CREI subspecialty accreditation — one of fewer than 100 specialists in Australia — reflecting advanced training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Training and Background

Dr Khashaba earned his medical degree from the University of Alexandria and completed specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology across hospitals in the United States and Australia, including St George and Sutherland Hospitals. He pursued advanced fellowship training in male infertility and microsurgical techniques at the University of Illinois, Chicago, and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at IVF Australia and St George Hospital, Sydney. He is an Adjunct Lecturer at UNSW, where he contributes to the Master's program teaching fertility specialists.
