Dr Zawada completed her medical degree at Sydney University and achieved her FRANZCOG in 2016. She earned a Bachelor of Science from The University of Western Australia with first class honours for research into mitochondria in testicular tissue, and a Master of Medicine in Reproductive Health and Human Genetics from The University of Sydney.
