Dr Stephanie Sii is a fertility specialist, reproductive endocrinologist, obstetrician, and paediatric, adolescent and adult gynaecologist with subspecialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists—the highest qualification for fertility specialists in Australia and New Zealand.
She is the Clinical Director of Adora Fertility (Victoria) and Head of Department of the Reproductive Biology Unit at the Mercy Hospital for Women. She also practises as an obstetrician and gynaecologist at Mitcham Private Hospital and is a visiting medical officer at the Royal Children's Hospital.
Dr Sii is known for her warm, empathetic and thorough approach. An exceptional communicator, she goes to great lengths to help her patients feel at ease throughout their fertility journey and tailors her care to meet each patient's unique needs.

Training & Background
Dr Sii completed her medical degree (MBChB) at the University of Otago in New Zealand before obtaining a Master of Reproductive Medicine (MRepMed) from the University of New South Wales. She completed her specialist RANZCOG training in Melbourne and then undertook subspecialty fellowships in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) and Paediatric Adolescent Gynaecology at the Royal Hospital for Women and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney.
She now holds senior clinical and academic positions, serving as Clinical Director of Adora Fertility and Head of the Reproductive Biology Unit at the Mercy Hospital for Women. Dr Sii sits on the ANZSREI Board Committee (Australian and New Zealand Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility) and is dedicated to improving the landscape of fertility medicine in Australia by promoting equitable, accessible and affordable treatment for all patients.
Research & Teaching
Dr Sii is committed to education and research alongside her clinical practice. She has been a trainee mentor for candidates enrolled in the Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRANZCOG) and Certificate of Women's Health (CWH) since 2016. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, with a particular focus on fertility preservation and oncofertility.
