Dr Vadim Mirmilstein is an experienced fertility specialist and consultant obstetrician & gynaecologist with expertise in IVF, advanced laparoscopic surgery, and comprehensive women's health care. Training and Background

Dr Mirmilstein received his training at the esteemed Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne. He completed a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery at the Royal Women's Hospital and furthered his expertise in infertility through training at the Melbourne IVF Reproductive Biology Unit and City Fertility Centre. He holds a Masters of Reproductive Medicine from UNSW, Australia (2012). Originally from Ukraine, he moved to Australia in 1999 and had delivered more than 200 babies by age 25.

Surgical Excellence

Dr Mirmilstein is one of the very few gynaecologists in Melbourne who performs the majority of operations including myomectomies (removal of fibroids) and hysterectomies via laparoscopic ("keyhole") approach. His advanced surgical skills allow patients to benefit from minimally invasive procedures with faster recovery times.

Dr Mirmilstein has special clinical interest in all aspects of female and male infertility, including age-related infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), poor responders, endometriosis, and pelvic pain.
